A judge has rejected a last-minute bid by the Kennedy Center to pause a court order requiring that Donald Trump’s name be scrubbed from Washington’s leading performing arts venue.
On Friday, the deadline set by US district judge Christopher Cooper, photos and eyewitness videos showed workers set up on scaffolding in front of the Kennedy Center, apparently preparing to remove Trump’s name.
